It can be hectic keeping up with so many campaigns, business projects, and social media accounts.
I'm getting married, I'm beta testing, and I've got personal projects.
Then, there are community and collaborative efforts, so when I find a web or mobile app to help me get things done and manage it all, I'm all over it.
What a way to get lost in social profile clutter, right?
With all the challenges and pressures of the day-to-day, who needs another social media profile or account to manage?
I even went so far as to develop and source together my own social media dashboard, nearly automating everything. Consequently, I lost two things: the "social" and the "management" aspect of my social networking management efforts.
So how do you manage?

Automation is Optional but Scheduling is NECESSARY
Most of us, unless we have made social networking our business and our life, just aren't capable of successfully marketing our businesses, products, and organizations, and analyzing audience engagement a put the necessary energy in to running the business or developing the product. Even fewer of use can afford to hire someone to do this full time.
Just be mindful when you're automating and scheduling posts. Like I mentioned before, it easy to end up in social media chaos if you don't stay on top of it..
I use Hootsuite, an all inclusive social media manager and RSS reader and Buffer is another simple option if Hootsuite is too complicated. Then, there is IFTTT which allows you to automate posting and other functions for over 60 social media and digital channels, including all the most popular social networking sites and the entire Google suite.
